As a cultural maven, I am obsessed with creating breakthrough, influential, award-winning creative. I have key, proven experience in launching, re-launching and elevating over 50 brands to new levels of sophistication.  I am known for being a trendsetter and the "in-the-know" leader, and am especially adept at distilling brands to their essence, thus better positioning them for long-term success. I challenge the status quo by fearlessly being an agent of change. I do not neatly fit into a box. As an executive-level Creative Director, I am the left and right brain – at the convergence of strategy, art direction, and copywriting, also priding myself on being platform agnostic, working across print, traditional advertising, digital, social, and experiential.
I am a constant student of consumers. Of trends, competitors and cultures. I listen, I am always learning. And I mine those insights to direct brands to amazing heights. I know how to build teams that everybody else wants to hire, but mine simply won’t leave. I drive a culture of teamwork and collaboration and open communication.
Key career highlights include being part of a rocket-to-the-top agency and culture known within the industry as that super rare success story where we grew from near startup to top of the class with millions in revenue landing Absolut, Ford, Coca-Cola, P&G, and Mirage Resorts. I trademarked the word soundDNA® and the process of creating an audio strategy for a brand. I was a founding member and Creative Director for the Jackson Hole Film Festival where I helped develop partnerships with brands, celebrities and the United Nations.
Currently I serve as the Global Creative Director of Princess Cruises. I lead a best-in-class in-house agency of 25+ which I built from the ground up, creating brand consistency across all channels of consumer communication. I have delivered industry-leading creative and strategy with top revenue driving results. I have produced a proprietary image and b-roll library the likes no brand has ever seen.
I graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Graphic Design and Journalism. In my free time, I enjoy traveling with my husband and two children, and while home in Los Angeles, I love exploring its rich cultural communities, culinary cuisines, volunteering on the Board of Temple Beth Hillel, Friday night BBQ's with friends, and LA's incredible outdoor lifestyle.
